Terms of Service
Last updated: July 13, 2026
Welcome to Partelle Hair.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Partelle Hair website, online store, products, services and related features.
Throughout these Terms, the words “Partelle Hair”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the legal company operating the Partelle Hair brand. The words “you”, “your” and “customer” refer to the person accessing the website or purchasing products from us.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or placing an order.
By accessing the website, creating an account, submitting an order or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the policies incorporated into them.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or limits any statutory consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or waived.
1. Business Information
This website is operated by:
Trading name: Partelle Hair
Legal company name: [FULL HONG KONG COMPANY NAME]
Legal form: [PRIVATE COMPANY LIMITED BY SHARES]
Company registration number: [COMPANY REGISTRATION NUMBER]
Business Registration Number: [BRN]
Registered office: [FULL HONG KONG REGISTERED ADDRESS]

Partelle Hair is a trading name of the legal company identified above and is not a separate legal entity.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the legal company identified above is the contracting seller for products purchased through this website.
Our manufacturers, warehouses, logistics providers, payment providers and fulfilment partners do not become the contracting seller merely because their name or address appears on packaging, a payment record, shipping label or tracking page.
2. Scope of These Terms
These Terms apply to:
-
Your use of the Partelle Hair website;
-
Retail orders placed through the website;
-
Customer accounts;
-
Product reviews and other content submitted through the website;
-
Communications relating to your order;
-
Related services expressly provided by Partelle Hair.
Wholesale, distribution, business-to-business and private-label transactions may be governed by separate written agreements.
The following policies also apply and are incorporated into these Terms:
-
Privacy Policy;
-
Cookie Policy;
-
Shipping and Delivery Policy;
-
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy;
-
Legal Notice and Website Disclaimer;
-
Any product-specific conditions displayed before checkout.
Where a product page, checkout page or written order confirmation contains specific terms relating to a product or service, those specific terms will apply to that matter.
Mandatory applicable law will prevail over any conflicting provision in these Terms.
3. Eligibility to Use the Website
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your country of residence.
If you are under the age at which you may independently enter into a binding contract, you may use the website or place an order only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
By placing an order, you confirm that:
-
The information you provide is accurate and complete;
-
You are authorised to use the selected payment method;
-
You have legal capacity to make the purchase or have appropriate permission;
-
Your purchase does not violate applicable law.
We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably believe that the order was placed without appropriate legal capacity or payment authorisation.
4. Customer Accounts
Certain website features may allow or require you to create a customer account.
You are responsible for:
-
Providing accurate registration information;
-
Keeping your account information current;
-
Protecting your password and login credentials;
-
Preventing unauthorised access to your account;
-
Informing us promptly of suspected unauthorised use.
You must not create an account using another person’s identity or provide false, misleading or fraudulent information.
We may suspend or restrict an account where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, security incidents, misuse or violations of these Terms.
Suspending an account does not remove any rights or obligations relating to an order that has already been accepted.
5. Product Information
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, videos, dimensions, materials, hair types, cap constructions, lengths, colours, densities and other product information are accurate.
However, minor variations may occur because of:
-
Natural characteristics of human hair;
-
Characteristics of synthetic fibres;
-
Hand-finishing and manufacturing processes;
-
Differences between production batches;
-
Lighting and photography;
-
Screen calibration and device settings;
-
Measurement methods;
-
Styling, washing and maintenance.
Human-hair products may contain minor natural variations in texture, strand colour or wave pattern.
These expected variations do not allow us to provide a product materially different from its description and do not limit your rights where a product is defective, unsafe, incorrect or non-conforming.
You should review the complete product description, measurements, photographs, colour information and care instructions before placing an order.
6. Hair Colour and Colour Matching
Hair colours may appear different under natural daylight, indoor lighting, studio lighting and different screen settings.
Colour names, shade numbers and photographs are provided as practical guidance. They do not guarantee an exact match with every customer’s natural hair or previously purchased product.
Where colour matching is important, customers should use any available colour-matching service, colour ring, natural-light video or customer service consultation before ordering.
A reasonable colour variation caused solely by lighting or screen display is not automatically a defect. This does not apply where the product supplied is materially different from the colour ordered or advertised.
7. Size, Fit and Individual Results
Customers are responsible for reviewing the relevant size guide and measuring instructions before ordering.
The appearance and fit of a wig, topper or hairpiece may vary depending on:
-
Head size and shape;
-
Natural hair density;
-
Hairline position;
-
Parting position;
-
Cap construction;
-
Product size;
-
Installation method;
-
Styling and cutting;
-
Individual preferences.
Photographs, videos, model images and customer reviews illustrate possible results but do not guarantee an identical result for every customer.
Please contact our customer service team before ordering where you are uncertain about size, colour, construction or product suitability.
8. Cosmetic and Medical Disclaimer
Partelle Hair wigs, toppers, hairpieces and related products are cosmetic hair products and fashion accessories unless expressly identified and legally classified otherwise.
Information on the website relating to hair loss, thinning hair, scalp coverage, confidence or appearance is provided for general informational purposes.
It is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, prevent, treat or cure any medical condition.
Partelle Hair does not claim that its products cure or treat alopecia, cancer-related hair loss, hormonal hair loss, scalp disease or any other medical condition.
Customers experiencing sudden, severe or unexplained hair loss, scalp irritation or another medical concern should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
9. Product Use and Care
You are responsible for reviewing and following all applicable installation, washing, styling, storage, heat and maintenance instructions.
Before using adhesive, remover, dye, bleach, chemical treatment, heated styling equipment or scalp products, follow the manufacturer’s instructions and carry out an appropriate patch or strand test where recommended.
Partelle Hair is not responsible for product damage caused by:
-
Incorrect installation;
-
Cutting or alteration;
-
Unauthorised chemical processing;
-
Excessive heat;
-
Improper washing;
-
Incorrect storage;
-
Use of unsuitable products;
-
Failure to follow care instructions.
This does not exclude liability for a product that was defective, unsafe or non-conforming when supplied.
10. Prices and Currency
Prices are displayed in the currency selected by the website, the relevant Shopify market or your location.
The final price payable will be displayed during checkout before you submit the order.
Prices may vary between countries or regions because of:
-
Applicable taxes;
-
Currency conversion;
-
Local market pricing;
-
Product configuration;
-
Delivery destination;
-
Promotional campaigns.
Currency conversions displayed on the website may be calculated using exchange rates supplied by Shopify, payment providers or other service providers.
The amount charged by your bank or card provider may differ slightly because of its exchange rate or foreign transaction fees.
We may change product prices at any time before an order is accepted. A price change will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted.
11. VAT, Customs Duties and Import Charges
Applicable VAT and other taxes will be displayed or included during checkout where required.
For European Union orders, we aim to clearly indicate whether taxes and duties are included.
Orders dispatched from outside the European Union may be sent using a tax-prepaid or duties-paid delivery method where stated at checkout or in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
For destinations where taxes or duties are not expressly stated as included, the customer may be responsible for import VAT, customs duties, carrier handling fees or other local charges.
Customs authorities determine applicable import charges. Partelle Hair does not control charges imposed independently by customs authorities.
If you are unexpectedly requested to pay import charges for an order that was expressly sold as taxes-and-duties included, contact us before making payment where reasonably possible.
Further information is available in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
12. Placing an Order
To place an order, you must:
-
Select the relevant product and options;
-
Review the product information;
-
Provide accurate contact and delivery information;
-
Select an available shipping method;
-
Review the total price and applicable charges;
-
Select a payment method;
-
Submit the order.
You are responsible for reviewing your order carefully before submitting it.
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms.
An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
13. Order Acceptance and Contract Formation
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, a purchase contract is formed when we:
-
Send an express order-acceptance notification;
-
Send a shipping confirmation; or
-
Otherwise clearly confirm that the order has been accepted.
For orders containing multiple products, a separate contract may be formed for each product when that product is accepted or dispatched.
Before accepting an order, we may verify:
-
Product availability;
-
Payment authorisation;
-
Delivery information;
-
Suspected fraud or misuse;
-
Compliance with applicable law;
-
Customisation specifications.
If we cannot accept an order, we will notify you and refund any amount already charged for the rejected portion of the order.
After a contract has been formed, we will not cancel it without a lawful or contractually valid reason.
14. Order Refusal and Cancellation by Partelle Hair
Before accepting an order, we may refuse or cancel it for reasonable grounds including:
-
Product unavailability;
-
An obvious pricing or product-information error;
-
Payment failure;
-
Suspected fraud or unauthorised payment;
-
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
-
Legal or shipping restrictions;
-
Unusually large quantities suggesting non-retail use;
-
Technical errors affecting checkout;
-
Inability to complete requested customisation.
If an order has already been paid but is not accepted, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.
Where an accepted order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.
15. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Payments may be processed by Shopify Payments, PayPal, card networks, banks or other authorised payment service providers.
By submitting payment information, you confirm that:
-
The information is accurate;
-
You are authorised to use the payment method;
-
The payment provider may process the transaction;
-
Applicable fraud and identity checks may be performed.
We do not guarantee that every payment method will be available in every country.
Your payment provider may apply its own terms, exchange rates, security checks and processing times.
We may delay fulfilment while payment authorisation or fraud verification is pending.
16. Payment Security and Fraud Prevention
To protect customers and our business, we may use automated and manual fraud-prevention measures.
We may request reasonable additional information to verify:
-
Customer identity;
-
Billing address;
-
Delivery address;
-
Payment authorisation;
-
Unusual order activity.
Do not send full payment card details by email, live chat or social media.
We may suspend processing or refuse an order where verification cannot be completed or where there is a reasonable indication of fraud or unauthorised payment.
Personal information used for fraud prevention will be handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
17. Product Availability
All orders are subject to product and inventory availability.
Products may be stored at different fulfilment locations, including our Italian fulfilment facility and manufacturing or fulfilment partners in China.
Website inventory information may occasionally be affected by:
-
Simultaneous purchases;
-
Inventory synchronisation delays;
-
Quality-control failures;
-
Warehouse discrepancies;
-
Product damage;
-
Technical errors.
If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we may offer:
-
A reasonable replacement with your agreement;
-
A revised delivery estimate;
-
Partial fulfilment;
-
Cancellation and refund of the unavailable product.
We will not substitute a materially different product without your consent.
18. Customised and Personalised Products
Some products or services may be made to the customer’s individual specifications or clearly personalised.
Examples may include:
-
Custom cap measurements;
-
Custom cap construction;
-
Non-standard hair density;
-
Custom colour blending;
-
Custom hairline work;
-
Custom bleaching or knot work;
-
Pre-cut or customised lace;
-
Custom cutting or styling;
-
Other non-standard alterations requested by the customer.
Before production begins, customers are responsible for checking the agreed specifications.
Once custom production or alteration has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
Selecting an ordinary product option offered to all customers—such as a standard colour, standard length or standard density—does not automatically mean that the product is personalised.
Customised products remain covered where they are defective, incorrectly produced, unsafe or materially different from the agreed specifications.
19. Order Changes and Customer Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel an order.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request, but changes or cancellation cannot be guaranteed after:
-
Processing has begun;
-
Customisation has begun;
-
The order has been packed;
-
A shipping label has been created;
-
The order has been transferred to a carrier.
Where cancellation before dispatch is no longer possible, you may still have a right to return the product after delivery under our Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy and applicable law.
Customer cancellation rights do not apply in the same way to every customised or personalised product.
20. Shipping and Fulfilment Locations
Orders may be fulfilled from:
-
Our European fulfilment facility in Italy;
-
Our manufacturing or fulfilment partners in China;
-
Another authorised fulfilment location identified by us.
We select the fulfilment location based on:
-
Inventory availability;
-
Product configuration;
-
Customer destination;
-
Delivery efficiency;
-
Carrier availability.
Customers cannot normally select the dispatch warehouse.
One order may be divided into multiple shipments and may have more than one tracking number.
Customers will not be charged an additional shipping fee solely because we divide an order into multiple shipments.
Complete shipping terms are available in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
21. Delivery
Processing and delivery estimates are provided in our Shipping and Delivery Policy and during checkout where available.
Delivery times are estimates unless we expressly confirm a guaranteed delivery service.
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, telephone number and other information required by the carrier.
Contact us promptly if your order:
-
Has not arrived within the expected period;
-
Has stopped updating in tracking;
-
Is shown as delivered but cannot be located;
-
Arrives visibly damaged;
-
Contains missing or incorrect products.
Nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights relating to delayed, failed, lost or damaged delivery.
22. Transfer of Risk and Ownership
Risk of loss or damage will transfer to the customer at the time required by applicable law.
For consumer orders, this will normally be when the customer or a person nominated by the customer, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
Where the customer independently instructs a carrier that was not offered or arranged by Partelle Hair, different risk-transfer rules may apply under applicable law.
Ownership of the products will not transfer until we have received full payment, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
23. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within a specified period, including the 14-day right that generally applies to qualifying European Union distance purchases.
The applicable procedure, eligibility requirements, return conditions and refund process are explained in our Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy.
Nothing in these Terms removes or restricts a mandatory statutory right of withdrawal.
Exceptions may apply to certain goods, including:
-
Goods made to the customer’s specifications;
-
Clearly personalised goods;
-
Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for genuine health-protection or hygiene reasons after the relevant seal has been broken, where the legal requirements for that exception are satisfied.
Opening an external shipping carton alone does not automatically remove a statutory right of withdrawal.
Products remain covered where they are defective, damaged, incorrect, unsafe or non-conforming, regardless of whether an ordinary change-of-mind return would otherwise be excluded.
24. Refunds
Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method.
We may withhold a withdrawal refund until:
-
We receive the returned goods; or
-
You provide acceptable evidence that the goods have been sent back,
whichever occurs first, where permitted by applicable law.
After we issue a refund, your bank, card issuer or payment provider may require additional processing time.
The timing of your financial institution is outside our direct control.
Any deduction for diminished product value will be made only where permitted by applicable law and where the product has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
25. Defective, Damaged or Non-Conforming Products
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.
If a product is defective, damaged, incorrect or materially different from its description, contact us and provide reasonable evidence of the issue.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, available remedies may include:
-
Repair;
-
Replacement;
-
Price reduction;
-
Refund;
-
Contract cancellation.
Partelle Hair will cover reasonable return costs for confirmed defective, damaged or incorrect products where required.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory legal guarantee of conformity available in the customer’s country.
An optional commercial warranty, where offered, does not replace or reduce mandatory consumer rights.
26. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions and discount codes are subject to the conditions displayed with the relevant offer.
Unless otherwise stated:
-
A promotion cannot be combined with another offer;
-
A discount code has no cash value;
-
A discount applies only during the stated period;
-
A code may be limited to selected products or markets;
-
A code may be limited to one use per customer or household;
-
Delivery costs and taxes may be excluded from discount calculations.
We may withdraw or correct a promotion before an order is accepted where it contains an obvious technical or pricing error.
Where a promotion depends on purchasing multiple products, returning part of the order may result in the promotion being recalculated.
Eligible sale products remain subject to mandatory consumer rights.
27. Free Gifts
A free gift may be offered when an order meets stated promotional conditions.
Where the qualifying purchase is returned, the associated free gift must also be returned unless we agree otherwise.
If the free gift is not returned, we may deduct its reasonable disclosed value from the refund where permitted by applicable law.
Free gifts remain covered by applicable product-safety requirements.
28. Customer Reviews and Submitted Content
You may have the opportunity to submit reviews, photographs, videos, questions or other content.
You confirm that content you submit:
-
Is based on a genuine experience where presented as a review;
-
Is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
-
Does not infringe another person’s rights;
-
Does not contain unlawful, threatening, abusive or discriminatory material;
-
Does not include another person’s personal information without permission;
-
Is not submitted in exchange for undisclosed compensation;
-
Does not contain malware or harmful code.
You retain ownership of your original content.
When you intentionally submit content for publication on our website, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, translate and display that content for operating and promoting Partelle Hair, subject to applicable privacy, advertising and intellectual-property laws.
We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms, but we will not remove a genuine negative review solely because it is unfavourable.
Any incentive offered for a review will be disclosed where required.
29. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website and its content are owned by, licensed to or lawfully used by Partelle Hair or its legal operator.
Protected content may include:
-
Brand names and logos;
-
Product photographs and videos;
-
Website design and graphics;
-
Product descriptions;
-
Written articles;
-
Packaging designs;
-
Illustrations;
-
Advertising materials;
-
Downloadable resources.
You may access and use the website for lawful personal purposes.
You must not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, sell, commercially exploit or create derivative works from protected content without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of Partelle Hair intellectual property.
30. Prohibited Uses
You must not use the website:
-
For unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
-
To impersonate another person;
-
To provide false payment or delivery information;
-
To infringe intellectual-property rights;
-
To distribute malware or harmful code;
-
To interfere with website security or operation;
-
To gain unauthorised access to accounts or systems;
-
To scrape protected content unlawfully;
-
To send unsolicited commercial messages;
-
To manipulate reviews, promotions or referral systems;
-
To place orders using stolen or unauthorised payment methods;
-
To violate applicable law or another person’s rights.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, our website or our legal rights.
31. Third-Party Services
Our website may use third-party services, including:
-
Shopify;
-
Payment processors;
-
Analytics providers;
-
Advertising platforms;
-
Translation services;
-
Customer support tools;
-
Review platforms;
-
Delivery and tracking services;
-
Social-media platforms.
Certain services are governed by the third party’s own terms and privacy policies.
Partelle Hair is not responsible for independent third-party websites or services that we do not control.
This does not exclude responsibility for a service provider where Partelle Hair remains legally responsible for its actions.
32. External Links
The website may contain links to third-party websites.
Links are provided for convenience or information and do not necessarily indicate endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation.
We do not control third-party websites and cannot guarantee their security, availability, accuracy or privacy practices.
You should review the applicable terms and privacy policies before using a third-party website.
33. Personal Information and Cookies
Personal information is processed according to our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.
Our Privacy Policy explains:
-
What information we collect;
-
Why we collect it;
-
Our legal basis for processing;
-
Who receives it;
-
International data transfers;
-
Data-retention periods;
-
Customer privacy rights;
-
How to contact us.
Our use of cookies and similar technologies is explained in our Cookie Policy and cookie-consent interface.
You must not submit another person’s personal information without appropriate authority or permission.
34. Website Availability
We aim to keep the website accessible, secure and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Access may be temporarily interrupted because of:
-
Maintenance;
-
Security updates;
-
Hosting or internet failures;
-
Technical errors;
-
Third-party service disruption;
-
Events outside our reasonable control.
We may update, suspend or discontinue a website feature where reasonably necessary.
Where a change affects an accepted order or mandatory consumer right, we will handle the matter in accordance with applicable law.
35. Errors and Corrections
The website may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccurate information or technical faults relating to:
-
Product descriptions;
-
Prices;
-
Promotions;
-
Availability;
-
Delivery estimates;
-
Product options.
We may correct an error before an order is accepted.
Where an error affects an accepted order, we will contact the customer and provide a lawful and reasonable solution.
We will not use an error-correction clause to remove a customer’s mandatory rights or arbitrarily change an accepted contract.
36. Product Safety
Partelle Hair is committed to supplying products that comply with applicable product-safety requirements.
We may take appropriate action where a product presents a safety concern, including:
-
Contacting affected customers;
-
Publishing a safety notice;
-
Suspending sales;
-
Requesting customers to stop using a product;
-
Arranging return, replacement or refund;
-
Cooperating with authorities.
Customers should follow product warnings and safety instructions and should not continue using a product that appears unsafe.
Product-safety concerns may be reported to:
Product safety email: [PRODUCT-SAFETY@PARTELLEHAIR.COM]
Details of any legally required European Union responsible economic operator will be displayed on the product, packaging, accompanying documentation or online product listing as required.
37. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
-
Death or personal injury caused by negligence where liability cannot be excluded;
-
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
-
Defective or unsafe products where liability cannot be excluded;
-
Breach of mandatory consumer rights;
-
Any liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.
For consumer purchases, Partelle Hair is responsible for losses that are a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
Products sold through this retail website are intended primarily for personal use. Unless separately agreed in writing, we are not responsible for business losses such as loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity or commercial interruption arising from a consumer retail purchase, to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in this section reduces your right to receive products that are safe, conforming and consistent with their description.
38. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
We will not be responsible for delay caused solely by events outside our reasonable control, including:
-
Natural disasters;
-
Severe weather;
-
War or civil emergency;
-
Epidemics or public-health restrictions;
-
Customs action;
-
Transport disruption;
-
Strikes;
-
Government restrictions;
-
Major carrier or infrastructure failures.
We will take reasonable steps to reduce the impact and resume performance.
Where such an event causes substantial delay or makes performance impossible, customers retain any cancellation, refund or other rights provided by applicable law.
39. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the website where you materially violate these Terms or use the website unlawfully or fraudulently.
Termination of website access does not:
-
Cancel an accepted order without lawful grounds;
-
Remove outstanding payment obligations;
-
Remove existing refund or consumer rights;
-
Affect provisions intended to continue after termination.
You may stop using the website at any time.
40. Complaints
Please contact us first if you have a complaint so that we can attempt to resolve it directly.
When contacting us, provide:
-
Your name;
-
Order number;
-
Description of the issue;
-
Relevant photographs, videos or documents;
-
Your preferred resolution.
Customer service email: [SUPPORT@PARTELLEHAIR.COM]
We will acknowledge and investigate complaints within a reasonable period.
Depending on the customer’s country and applicable law, the customer may also be entitled to contact a consumer-protection authority, European Consumer Centre or authorised alternative dispute-resolution body.
We will provide information about participation in a particular dispute-resolution procedure where legally required.
41. Governing Law
To the extent permitted by law, these Terms and contracts formed through this website are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
However, this choice of law does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections provided by the law of the country in which the consumer habitually resides where those protections apply.
Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
42. Courts and Jurisdiction
Subject to mandatory consumer-jurisdiction rules, disputes may be submitted to the competent courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Consumers may also have the right to bring proceedings before courts available under the laws of their country of habitual residence or other applicable consumer-jurisdiction rules.
Nothing in this section creates an exclusive jurisdiction clause where such a clause would be unlawful or unfair.
43. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in:
-
Applicable law;
-
Our business information;
-
Website features;
-
Products and services;
-
Payment or delivery arrangements;
-
Operational practices.
The current version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
Changes apply prospectively and will not retrospectively remove rights arising under an existing accepted order.
Where a material change affects an ongoing customer service, we will provide notice where reasonably or legally required.
44. Severability
If a provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
Where applicable consumer law requires a different result, that law will prevail.
45. No Waiver
If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not mean that we have waived our right to enforce it later.
A waiver relating to one event does not automatically apply to another event.
This section does not prevent a consumer from relying on any right created by our conduct where applicable law provides such a right.
46. Assignment
You may not transfer contractual obligations relating to an order without our written consent, except where applicable law permits otherwise.
We may transfer our rights or obligations to another company as part of a business transfer, restructuring or service arrangement, provided that doing so does not reduce your consumer rights or materially weaken performance of the contract.
Where legally required, we will notify affected customers.
47. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the policies and product-specific conditions incorporated into them, constitute the agreement between you and Partelle Hair concerning your use of the website and retail purchases.
This section does not exclude:
-
Statements that form part of the contract under applicable law;
-
Rights arising from product descriptions or advertising;
-
Liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
-
Mandatory consumer rights.
48. Language
These Terms may be made available in more than one language.
Translated versions are intended to provide customers with clear and accessible information.
All versions should be interpreted consistently.
Where a mandatory local-language requirement applies or where applicable law gives priority to a particular version, that legal requirement will prevail.
No translation will be interpreted in a way that removes a mandatory consumer right.
